01 Year Warranty on TWS

The ONYZE product warranty is confined to the first purchaser of the ONYZE products only and is non-transferable. The warranty service is limited to the repair or replacement of the product and is at the sole discretion of ONYZE warranty policy.

Warranty Policy

If the issue is not resolved through troubleshooting, you are required to self-ship the product to our warehouse and share the tracking details with us. (Self-shipping related details will be shared over your ticket status tracking link). MOBILE WORLD/ONYZE BRAND will not be responsible for any loss or damage during the transit to our facility.

Please Note: The product should be registered within 10 days of its purchase. Proof of purchase/Invoice is mandatory to be presented for availing warranty services.

ONYZE will provide a replacement for a product if informed within 48 hours of receipt of the products and under the following conditions:

Replacement can be made if the customer reports the same to our Customer Service team by calling at +91 9310495051 (11:00 A.M to 6:00 pm/Mon-Fri, 5 days a week.  

Once the issue has been confirmed by the ONYZE service team, ONYZE will initiate a Return pickup for the Replacement order and the customer will be responsible to ensure the faulty product is successfully picked up by the Reverse Courier Boy. Once the faulty product gets successfully picked up by our courier partner, ONYZE will then dispatch a fresh replacement unit.

A product purchased at ONYZE will not be eligible for a replacement if the customer is not happy with the look/sound quality of a defect-free product, physical damage or tampering caused by the user.  

The policy is only valid if the concern is raised within 48 hrs. of delivery. Further a customer is eligible for replacement only once, if the issue persists even with the replacement unit, they must courier the product to service centre / or ONYZE will arrange pickup, unless the replacement product is absolutely dead on arrival.

Products purchased from the ONYZE website are not eligible for a refund.

If you believe that the packaging of your order has been tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to take delivery of the package and reach out to ONYZE Customer Service immediately.  ONYZE Team will dispatch a replacement immediately.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are not entertained for the orders placed/purchased through any offer or discount during special occasions. 

Users can cancel their placed order until it has not been initiated for the shipment process. 

Please note, the company reserves the right to cancel any prepaid or COD orders if we are unable to honor the same for any reason. In cases of prepaid cancellations, the customer will receive a refund within 48-72 hours.

Coverage

Warranty Coverage shall be limited only to provide repairs and rectification of the fault reported. In case a replacement is provided, it will be done with an equivalent condition device only, with or without brand packaging & accessories.

Creovaive Ventures shall not cover any liability or claim pertaining to any kind of rashes or skin allergy due to usage of TRIGGR products nor will be able to provide any repairs or replacement for such issues. 

Warranty is not applicable in any of the following cases:

In case of any Physical /Liquid/Water damage to the product, customer abuse, repair by unauthorized persons, misuse/mis-handling detected, non-specified charger usage (recommended charger is of 5W to 10W capacity), any kind of breaking or cutting of wires, improper or reckless use, customer is not happy with product look/sound quality, defects due to causes beyond control like lightning, abnormal voltage or acts of God, deterioration or peeling of the color of the product due to normal wear & tear or usage, without Invoice and product not used as per instruction manual.

Creovaive Ventures shall not cover any consequential or resulting liability, damage or loss to property or life, injuries, loss of any kind of personal data arising directly or indirectly out of any defects in TRIGGR products.
